So I had some shrimp I was going to cook for dinner last night. But I just didn’t feel like it. So instead I decided to make grilled shrimp curry salad. Here’s the few ingredients and some pictures along the way.
8oz shrimp (cooked)
1/2 tsp cumin paste
1. tsp lime juice
1 1/2 TBS mayo (I used reduced fat)
Blend together. I will add some veggies tomorrow before I eat it.
