July 22: 2 miles, 15 min strength

June 20: 40 min strength training 15 min cardio
June 17: 2 miles, 15 min strength

June 12: 2.4 miles, 12 min strength
June 9: 40 min strength training 10 min cardio

June 8: 2 miles walking
June 5: 2.2 miles
June 4: 35 min strength training
June 2: 40 min strength training

June 1: 10K Race
May 26: 2 mile walk
May 26: 10 min cardio, upper body work out

May 24: Run 2.3 miles
May 21: Run 2 miles

It’s been a while but I was out celebrating my birthday!

May 15: Run 2 miles

May 11: Run 3 miles (and walked a bunch)
May 10: Run 2.6 miles
May 8: Run 2 miles

May 4: Run 4 miles
May 2: Run 2 miles, 15 min circuit workout
May 1: 2.3 run

April 27: 2.20 walk
April 25: 1.57 walk
April 24: Run 2 miles, 15 min booty workout
April 22: Run 2.6 miles

April 21: Walk 2 miles
April 20: Walk 2 miles
April 18: Run 2 miles
April 16: Run 2.5 miles
April 14: walk around the mall for about an hour

April 13: walk around Baltimore (walked around 3 miles)
April 10: 2 miles on treadmill, 15 min booty workout
April 9: 1.25 mile walk
April 8: 2.5 miles! Training is back on the agenda.
April 7: Walking (don’t know the mileage, but walked for around an hour)

April 6: 6 miles around DC
April 5: 2 miles on treadmill, arms circuit
April 4: 15 min booty workout
April 3: 15 bike, 15 treadmilll, 15 strength circuit
April 1: 15 bike, 15 treadmilll, 15 strength circuit

Wow did I really not work out for 9 days?? That was not my intention.

March 22: 15 bike, 15 elliptical, 15 strength circuit
March 20: 1 mile treadmill, upper body and core strength training

March 16: 13. 7 miles (according to my GPS)
March 13: 2 miles

So I hurt my knee on Saturday…so the plan is to tread lightly till the race.

March 9: 6.8 miles
March 8: 3 miles
March 4: 2.5 miles
March 3: 5.3 miles

March 1: 3 miles
February 24: 3 miles
February 24: 10 miles

February 22: 3 miles
February 20: 2.15 miles
February 18: 3 miles

February 16: 5 miles
February 13: 2 miles, Zumba
February 12: 3 miles
February 11: 15 min walk (around the mall, but brisk pace)

February 10: 8 miles
February 8: 3 miles
February 6: 3 miles, plank
February 4: 3 miles, plank

February 2: 7 miles
February 1: 2 miles, 10 min lower body strength
January 30: 3 miles, plank, Zumba (50 minutes)
January 28: 3 miles, plank

January 24: plank, 4 miles treadmill
January 22: plank
January 21: 2 miles, plank

January 20: plank
January 19: plank, 5 miles
January 18: plank, 2 miles
January 17: plank
January 16: 3 miles, Zumba, plank
January 15: plank
January 14: 2 miles, plank, Zumba

January 12: 5 miles
January 11: 2.15 miles
January 10: 2.5 miles
January 9: Zumba
January 7: 2 miles
